Chicken Mayo Roll These chicken mayo rolls are indulgent in every way. A delicious mixture of shredded grilled chicken, assorted veggies and luscious mayonnaise stuffed in wonton sheets and deep fried till golden brown and crisp. What’s not to love! By Sanjeev Kapoor 10 Jun 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Chicken breast, Mayonnaise Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chicken Mayo Roll 1 Chicken breast , grilled and shredded 3-4 tablespoons Mayonnaise 8 Spring roll sheets 1/2 medium Onion , finely chopped 1/4 medium Purple cabbage , finely chopped 1/4 medium Green capsicum , finely chopped 1 small Carrot , peeled and finely chopped 1/4 medium Red capsicum , finely chopped 1 teaspoon Garlic powder 1 teaspoon Onion powder to taste Crushed black peppercorns to taste Salt 1/2 cup Processed cheese , grated for deep-frying Oil as required Cornflour/ corn starch slurry to serve Sweet chilli sauce Method Take shredded chicken in a bowl, add onion, purple cabbage, green capsicum, carrot, red capsicum, garlic powder, onion powder, crushed peppercorns, salt, cheese and mayonnaise and mix well. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. To make each roll, put some chicken mixture on one end of each spring roll sheet, apply some slurry on the edges, fold two vertical opposite sides, roll till the end. Seal applying some slurry on the end. Keep them on a plate. Slide in the rolls into hot oil and deep-fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
