Ingredients for Chana Jor Garam Chaat Recipe

  • Chana jor garam 2 cups

  • Onion finely chopped 1/4 cup

  • Tomato finely chopped 1/4 cup

  • Sprouted brown Bengal gram boiled 3/4 cup

  • Green chillies finely chopped 1-2

  • Black salt to taste

  • Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Roasted cumin powder 1 teaspoon

  • Chaat masala 1 teaspoon

  • Dried mango powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Raw mango finely chopped 2 tablespoons

  • Lemon juice 1 tablespoon

  • Nylon sev as required

  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped as required

Method

Step 1

Take chana jor garam in a mixing bowl, add onions, tomatoes, brown Bengal gram, green chillies, black salt, coriander powder, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, dried mango powder, raw mango and lemon juice and mix well.

Step 2

To serve fill paper cones with this chaat mixture, top with plenty of sev and garnish with coriander leaves.
