Cabbage Pickle By Sanjeev Kapoor 20 Jan 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Cabbage, Red chilli powder Cuisine Andhra Course Pickles, Jams and Chutneys Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 6 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Cabbage Pickle 1 cup Cabbage chopped 1 cup Red chilli powder to taste Salt 3/4 cup Mustard powder 1/2 teaspoon Roasted fenugreek powder (methi) 3/4 cup Sesame oil 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon Hing 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice Method In a bowl mix together cabbage, red chilli powder, salt, mustard powder and roasted fenugreek powder and keep it aside. Heat oil in a non stisk pan add mustard seeds, hing and when it starts spluttering add it to the cabbage mixture. Add lemon juice and mix well.
