Chilli Lemon Prawns These prawns sautéed in fiery chilli mixture and then mixed with lemon and honey is all that you need for a quick and unique appetiser. This is Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe. By Sanjeev Kapoor 29 Nov 2024 in Recipes Oriental New Update Main ingredient Medium prawns, Red chilli flakes, Red chilli flakes, Lime juice, Garlic, Green chillies, Spring onions with greens, Tomato ketchup, Honey Cuisine Oriental Course Main course seafood Prep time 10-15 minutes Cook time 15-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of cooking Easy Others Non vegetarian Ingredients 15-18 medium prawns, peeled, cleaned and deveined 1½ teaspoons red chilli paste ½ tablespoon red chilli flakes 1 tablespoon lime juice 2 tablespoons oil 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic 2-3 green chillies, chopped 2 spring onion bulbs, finely chopped 1½ tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves Salt to taste 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup 2 tablespoons diagonally sliced spring onion greens + for garnish 1 tablespoon honey Method Heat oil in a non-stick wok, add garlic, mix and saute for 1 minute. Add green chillies, mix and saute till golden brown. Add spring onion bulbs, mix and saute for 1-2 minutes. Add red chilli paste, mix and saute for 1-2 minutes. Add red chilli flakes and coriander leaves, mix and saute for 1 minute. Add prawns and salt and cook on high heat for 3-4 minutes. Add tomato ketchup and mix well. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Add spring onion green, mix and saute for 1-2 minutes. Switch the heat off, add lime juice and honey and mix well.
