Ingredients list for Anda Kaleji Tak-a-Tak
- 6 Eggs hard boiled, peeled and chopped roughly
 - 200 grams Mutton liver (kaleji) boiled and cut into 1/2 inch pieces
 - 2 Medium onions peeled
 - 3 tablespoons Oil
 - 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
 - 2 tablespoons Ginger-garlic paste
 - 4 Medium tomatoes finely chopped
 - 2 Green chillies finely chopepd
 - 1 tablespoon Red chilli powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
 - 2 teaspoons Coriander powder
 - to taste Salt
 - A few Fresh coriander sprigs chopped
 - 1 inch Ginger cut into thin strips
 
Method
- Quarter the onions, put them into a chopper jar and chop roughly.
 - Heat oil in a thick bottomed non-stick pan, add cumin seeds and when they begin to change colour, add onions, mix and saute for 2 minutes. Add ginger-garlic paste, mix and saute till the raw smells disappear.
 - Add mutton liver pieces and mix well on high heat. Add tomatoes and green chillies and mix.
 - Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder, mix well and saute for ½ minute. Add 1 cup water and mix well. Add salt, mix well and cook.
 - Add eggs and mix well. Add coriander leaves, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
 - Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot garnished with thin strips of ginger.
