Ingredients list for Aloo Cheese Frankie - SK Khazana
- 4 Medium potatoes boiled, peeled and mashed
- 20 grams Processed cheese
- 4 Refined flour chapattis
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1-2 Green chillies finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspo to sprinkle Frankie masala
- to taste Salt
- 1 tablespo to sprinkle Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- 4 tablespoons Schezwan chutney
- 2 teaspoons Vinegar
- to serve Tomato ketchup
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds and let them change colour. Add green chillies and potatoes and mix well.
- Add chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and frankie masala, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add salt and mix. Add coriander leaves, mix well and cook for a minute. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Heat a non-stick tawa. Place chapattis one by one and roast till lightly browned from both the sides.
- Spread 1 tablespoon Schezwan chutney and a generous portion of cooked potato mixture on top. Sprinkle some coriander leaves, frankie masala and drizzle ½ teaspoon vinegar. Grate in 5 grams cheese, roll and let the cheese melt slightly.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
