Ingredients
- ¾ cup Pro V Fusion Vanilla Delight Trail Mix
- ½ cup oats powder
- ¼ cup oats
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds powder
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ¾ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
- ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2 tablespoons milk
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
Method
- Preheat oven to 180⁰ C.
- Take flax seeds powder in a bowl, add ½ cup water and mix well. Set aside for 10-15 minutes.
- Chop Pro V Fusion Vanilla Delight Trail Mix roughly.
- Take peanut butter in another bowl, add powdered sugar and mix well.
- Add oats powder, baking powder, oats, cinnamon powder, vanilla essence, milk, white chocolate chips and flax seeds powder mixture and mix well.
- Add Pro V Fusion Vanilla Delight Trail Mix and mix well.
- Line a baking tray with a silicon sheet.
- Divide the cookie mixture into equal portions and roll into balls. Flatten each ball and arrange on the baking tray.
- Keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.
- Bring the tray out of the oven, and let the cookies cool down.
- Transfer them into a serving bowl and serve.
