Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup Pro V Fusion Antioxidant Power Trail mix
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ½ cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- ½ cup brown sugar
Method
- Preheat oven to 180º C. Grease a burfi tray and line it with butter paper.
- Spread oats on a baking tray, keep it in the preheated oven and roast for 8-10 minutes. Bring the tray out of the oven and set aside to cool.
- Chop Pro V Fusion Antioxidant Power Trail mix and transfer into a bowl. Add roasted oats and mix well.
- Heat butter in a non-stick pan, add honey and mix well.
- Add vanilla essence and brown sugar, mix and cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Add this to oats mixture and mix well.
- Transfer this mixture into the burfi tray and spread it evenly. Set aside for 2-3 hours.
- Cut into bars, arrange them on a serving platter and serve.
