Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen blueberries, thawed + for garnish
- 12-16 fresh raspberries + for garnish
- 4-6 tablespoons chia seed
- ½ cup instant oats
- 4-6 tablespoons maple syrup
- 3 cups milk
- 1½ cup Pro V Fusion Vanilla Delight Trail Mix + to sprinkle
- Fresh mint sprigs for garnish
Method
- Put blueberries into a blender jar, add oats, maple syrup, raspberries and milk and blend to fine mixture.
- Transfer the mixture into a bowl. Add chia seeds and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 6-8 hours.
- Bring the bowl out of the refrigerator, add Pro V Fusion Vanilla Delight Trail Mix and mix well.
- Transfer into individual serving glasses, sprinkle Pro V Fusion Vanilla Delight Trail Mix.
- Garnish with blueberries, raspberries and mint sprigs and serve chilled.
