Ingredients
- 2½ cups thin pressed rice (patla poha)
 - 2-3 tablespoons oil (tel)
 - 2 teaspoons Kashmiri red chilli powder (tikhat)
 - 1 large onion, chopped
 - 1 light green chilli, chopped
 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves + for garnish
 - Salt to taste
 - 1 teaspoon kala masala
 - ¼ cup fried peanuts
 
Method
- Take pressed rice in a bowl, add onion, green chilli, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, salt and kala masala and mix well.
 - Add oil and fried peanuts and mix well.
 - Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
