By Sanjeev Kapoor 18 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Raw peanuts, Turmeric powder Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Masala Peanuts 1 cup Raw peanuts 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder to taste Black salt 1 teaspoon Chaat masala 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste 3 tablespoons Gram flour 2 tablespoons Cornflour 2 tablespoons Rice flour to taste Salt to deep fry Oil Method Take peanuts in a bowl, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, black salt, chaat masala, ginger-garlic paste and 1 tablespoon water and mix well. Set aside for 10-15 minutes. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Mix together gram flour, cornflour, rice flour and salt in another bowl. Dust the peanut mixture with 2-3 tablespoons of the flour mixture and mix well. Sift the peanuts to remove the excess flour mixture. Add the peanuts to the hot oil and deep-fry till crisp and golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper. Cool down to room temperature.
