Ingredients
- ¾ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon ProV Premium Chia Seeds
- 2-3 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
- 2 tablespoons chopped cashewnuts
- 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios
- 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
- 2 tablespoons chopped dried figs
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
- Tinned mixed fruits as required
- Orange slices as required
- Roasted flax seeds as required
- Fresh mint sprigs
Method
- Take yogurt in a big bowl, add honey and whisk well. Add milk and whisk well.
- Add oats, ProV Premium Chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, cashewnuts, pistachios, cranberries, figs and cinnamon powder and mix well.
- Transfer into serving bottles till ¾ full and keep the bottles in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.
- Bring the bottles out of the refrigerator, top with mixed fruits, an orange slice, sprinkle flax seeds and garnish with fresh mint sprigs and serve immediately.
