Ingredients

  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon ProV Premium Chia Seeds 
  • 2-3 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cashewnuts
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios
  • 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons chopped dried figs
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • Tinned mixed fruits as required
  • Orange slices as required
  • Roasted flax seeds as required
  • Fresh mint sprigs

Method

  1. Take yogurt in a big bowl, add honey and whisk well. Add milk and whisk well.
  2. Add oats, ProV Premium Chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, cashewnuts, pistachios, cranberries, figs and cinnamon powder and mix well.
  3. Transfer into serving bottles till ¾ full and keep the bottles in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.
  4. Bring the bottles out of the refrigerator, top with mixed fruits, an orange slice, sprinkle flax seeds and garnish with fresh mint sprigs and serve immediately.
