Ingredients
- 1 small bunch of small white radishes, peeled and grated
- 2 cups finely chopped radish leaves
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- Salt to taste
- Black salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- 1-2 green chillies, chopped
- 2-3 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves, chopped
Method
- Take grated radishes in a large bowl, add radish green, onion, salt, black salt, chaat masala, green chillies, lemon juice and coriander leaves and mix till well combined.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Bring it out of the refrigerator and serve with roti.
