Ingredients
- 1 cup Goodeatz Instant Masala Oats
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- ½ small green capsicum, finely chopped
- ½ small red capsicum, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 green chilli, finely chopped
- Oil for drizzling
Method
- Put Goodeatz Instant Masala Oats in a grinder jar and crush. Transfer into a large bowl. Add onion, green capsicum and red capsicum and mix well. Add coriander leaves, salt, turmeric powder, green chilli and ½ cup water and mix well. Transfer into a bowl.
- Heat a non-stick tawa. Pour 1-2 ladlesful of the batter on it and spread it into a disc. Drizzle some oil all around and cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook the other side for 1-2 minutes. Use up the remaining batter similarly.
- Transfer the cheele on a serving plate and serve hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
