Ingredients
- 1½ cups chicken mince
- 4 burger buns
- 2 medium onions, peeled
- 4 teaspoons olive oil
- Crushed black peppercorns to taste
- Salt to taste
- 3 teaspoons fried garlic
- 4 tablespoons NutraliteDoodhshakti Probiotic Butter Spread + for toasting
- 2 medium tomatoes
- Iceberg lettuce leaves as required
- 4 cheese slices
- Mayonnaise as required
- Mustard sauce as required
Method
- Cut onions into thin roundels.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan, add onion rings.
- Take chicken mince in a bowl. Add crushed black peppercorns and salt
- Sprinkle some salt on the onions as well and cook for 5-6 minutes or till they get caramelized.
- Add fried garlic to chicken mince and mix well.
- Transfer the onions onto a plate and set aside.
- Add NutraliteDoodhshakti Probiotic Butter Spread to chicken mince mixture and mix well. Divide into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.
- Add a patty to the same pan and cook for 3-4 minutes. Flip and cook for 3-4 minutes more. Cook the remaining patties similarly.
- Slice tomatoes. Halve burger buns.
- Heat some NutraliteDoodhshakti Probiotic Butter Spread in a non-stick pan. Add the halved buns, one at a time, and toast them till crisp.
- To make each burger, arrange some lettuce leaves on lower half of a burger bun followed by some tomato slices.
- Place the patty over them and arrange caramelized onions on top. Top with a cheese slice.
- Drizzle some mayonnaise and mustard sauce on the top half the burger bun and spread evenly. Place it on top of the cheese slice with the sauce side facing the cheese slice. Press lightly and serve immediately.
