Method

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a non-stick wok, add garlic, mix and sauté for 30 seconds.
  2. Add onion, mix and sauté till translucent.
  3. Add pearl millet and mix well. Add salt and crushed black peppercorns and mix well.
  4. Add vegetable stock and mix well. Add fresh cream, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add thyme and parmesan cheese powder, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Transfer onto a serving plate, sprinkle thyme and serve hot.
