Ingredients list for Chicken Mince Nuggets
- 250 grams Chicken mince
- 3 tablespoons Refined flour (maida)
- 2 cloves Garlic
- a few sprigs Fresh coriander leaves
- to deep fry Salt
- to taste Black pepper powder
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 Egg shell
- 3 tablespoons Oil
- 1/2 cup Corn flakes
- 1 cup Bread crumbs
Method
- Roughly chop onion and put into a mixer jar.Add garlic, coriander leaves, chicken keema, salt and pepper powder and grind till well blended.
- Transfer into a bowl and keep in the freezer for a while.
- Whisk refined flour and egg together in a bowl. Add salt and whisk till smooth.
- Heat oil in a non stick pan. Crush cornflakes and mix with breadcrumbs in a plate.
- Take the keema out of the freezer, shape into small nuggets, dip them in flour-egg mixture, roll in cornflakes-breadcrumb mixture and press them lightly.
- You can keep them in the refrigerator for a few minutes and then place them in the non stick pan and cook till the underside is golden.
- Turn over and cook till the other side is equally browned.
- Serve hot with chilli sauce or tomato ketchup.
