Typical achaar spices roasted till fragrant, ground coarsely, mixed with sliced lotus root and mustard oil and matured in the sun to make a delicious achaar. This achaar will last for a year.
Hot fresh red chillies deseeded and stuffed with a flavourful spice mix, mixed with warm mustard oil to make an achaar (pickle) which you can relish with your meal, to spice up the palate.
Naan is a leavened flatbread traditionally cooked in a tandoor. However it can be baked in an oven or even tawa-fried. But here we have cooked it in a pressure cooker. It is characterized by a light and fluffy texture and golden-brown spots got from the baking process. It can be served with any vegetarian or non-vegetarian curry.
