Ingredients
- 3 oranges
- 1 medium pineapple
- 2 tablespoons Pro V Premium Chia Seeds
- 1 lemon
- 3 tablespoons honey
- Black salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
- Crushed ice as required
- Fresh mint leaves as required
- Drinking soda as required
Method
- Take Pro V Premium Chia Seeds in a bowl, add ½ cup water and set aside to soak for 30 minutes.
- Cut 2 slices of pineapple and further cut them into 4 pieces each.
- Peel remaining pineapple and chop roughly.
- Peel oranges, halve them and put into a blender jar. Add pineapple, squeeze lemon juice into the jar. Add honey and blend to fine mixture.
- Strain the mixture through a fine sieve into a glass jar.
- Add black salt and red chilli powder and mix well.
- Put crushed ice into individual serving glasses, add mint leaves and soaked chia seeds.
- Pour the prepared drink upto half the glass and top up with drinking soda and stir well.
- Place a pineapple quarter on the rim of each glass and serve chilled.
