Ingredients
- ½ cup Pro V Select Whole Natural Raisins
- 1 large guava
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 2 teaspoons chopped celery
- 2 green chillies, chopped
- ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- A dash of tobasco sauce
- 2-3 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves
- Nachos for serving
Method
- Chop Pro V Select Whole Natural Raisins and guava.
- Transfer chopped guava into a bowl, add raisins, onion, tomato, celery, green chillies, red chilli powder, salt, lemon juice, tobasco sauce and coriander leaves and mix well.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and serve with nachos.
