Ingredients
- 1 cup broken wheat (lapsi), soaked for 2 hours and drained
- 2-3 tablespoons chopped tomatoes
- 2-3 tablespoons chopped spring onion bulbs
- 1 cup chopped green garlic stalks
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- White pepper powder to taste
Method
- Take broken wheat in a large bowl, add tomatoes, spring onion bulbs, green garlic stalks, extra virgin olive, lemon juice, salt and white pepper powder and mix till well combined.
