Ingredients
- 10 ice apples (tadgola)
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4-6 tablespoons sugar syrup
- Crushed ice as required
- Ice cubes as required
- Tonic water as required
- Flowers for garnish
Method
- Chop 6 ice apples and transfer into a blender jar. Add lemon juice and sugar syrup and blend to fine paste.
- For each portion, put crushed ice into a serving glass and let the glass chill.
- Put 2-3 tablespoons of the ice apple mixture into a shaker. Add ice cubes and 1 cup water. Close the lid and shake well.
- Remove the crushed ice from serving glass and strain the prepared mixture into it.
- Top it up with tonic water, garnish with an ice apple and flowers and serve chilled.
