Tadgola Lemonade

Let’s take lemonade to a new level and give it a seasonal twist with Ice Apples or commonly known as Tadgola in India! This is Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Chop 6 ice apples and transfer into a blender jar. Add lemon juice and sugar syrup and blend to fine paste.
  2. For each portion, put crushed ice into a serving glass and let the glass chill. 
  3. Put 2-3 tablespoons of the ice apple mixture into a shaker. Add ice cubes and 1 cup water. Close the lid and shake well.
  4. Remove the crushed ice from serving glass and strain the prepared mixture into it.
  5. Top it up with tonic water, garnish with an ice apple and flowers and serve chilled.
