Ingredients
- 100 grams Feta cheese
- 2 eggs
- 4 thick bread slices
- 1 cup blanched and shredded spinach
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- Crushed black peppercorns to taste
- Butter as required
Method
- Preheat oven to 180º C.
- Crumble feta cheese and put into a bowl. Add spinach and break eggs into the bowl. Add parmesan cheese and crushed black peppercorns and mix well.
- Apply butter on one side of all the bread slices and arrange them on a baking tray.
- Spread a portion of the above mixture on each slice. Keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Bring the tray out of the oven, arrange the toasts on a serving platter and serve hot.
