Feta And Egg Toast

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180º C.
  2. Crumble feta cheese and put into a bowl. Add spinach and break eggs into the bowl. Add parmesan cheese and crushed black peppercorns and mix well.
  3. Apply butter on one side of all the bread slices and arrange them on a baking tray.
  4. Spread a portion of the above mixture on each slice.  Keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.
  5. Bring the tray out of the oven, arrange the toasts on a serving platter and serve hot.
