Ingredients
- 250 grams cottage cheese (chenna), grated
- ⅓ cup castor sugar
- 1 tablespoon fine semolina
- ½ teaspoon green cardamom powder
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg powder
- ½ cup Pro V Fusion Omega Boost Trail Mix
- 1 tablespoon ghee
Method
- Take cottage cheese in a parat, add castor sugar, fine semolina, green cardamom powder and nutmeg powder and knead till the sugar dissolves. Cover and set aside for 25-30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 180⁰ C.
- Add Pro V Fusion Omega Boost Trail Mix and ghee to the cottage cheese mixture and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased cake tin, keep the tin in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Allow to cool. Demould, cut into wedges, place them on serving plates and serve.
