Method

  1. Take cottage cheese in a parat, add castor sugar, fine semolina, green cardamom powder and nutmeg powder and knead till the sugar dissolves. Cover and set aside for 25-30 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 180⁰ C.
  3. Add Pro V Fusion Omega Boost Trail Mix and ghee to the cottage cheese mixture and mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased cake tin, keep the tin in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool. Demould, cut into wedges, place them on serving plates and serve.
