Method

  1. Bring milk to a boil in a deep non-stick pan. Add yogurt and continue to boil till the mixture curdles.
  2. Strain through a muslin cloth and dunk in chilled water to avoid carry-on cooking. Squeeze out all excess water. This is chenna.
  3. Transfer into a parat, add khoya and knead well.
  4. Add castor sugar and continue to knead till smooth.
  5. Heat a non-stick pan, add the above mixture and stir. Add green cardamom powder, mix and cook for 4-5 minutes. Transfer onto a plate, spread it and allow to cool.
  6. Chop Pro V Antioxidant Power Trail Mix into small pieces. Add this to the chenna mixture and mix well. Roll into balls. Place each ball in a paper pastry cup.
  7. Arrange them on a serving plate and serve.
