Ingredients

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180° C.
  2. Put rolled oats in a grinder jar. Peel bananas, break it into small pieces and add to the jar. Add baking powder, salt, peanut butter, brown sugar, vanilla essence and milk and grind to a fine paste.
  3. Transfer small equal portions of ground paste into individual ramekin moulds, sprinkle dark chocolate chips, top each mould with the remaining ground paste. Sprinkle some more dark chocolate chips. Place these ramekins in a baking tray, keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.
  4. Bring them out the oven and allow to cool slightly.
  5. Serve warm in the moulds itself.
