Ingredients
- 1 cup melted milk chocolate
- 1½ cups refined flour (maida)
- ¼ cup oil + for greasing
- 1 tablespoon castor sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2-3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup fresh cream
Method
- Pour ½ cup warm water into a bowl, add oil, castor sugar, vanilla essence and refined flour, mix and knead into a soft dough. Brush the dough with a little oil, cover the bowl with cling wrap and set aside for 10-15 minutes.
- Take melted milk chocolate in another bowl, add peanut butter and fresh cream and mix well. Keep this in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Divide dough into equal portions and shape each portion into a ball. Grease the worktop with oil.
- Roll each portion into a disc, place some chocolate mixture in the center, bring the edges into center and press to seal properly. Trim off the excess dough.
- Arrange the stuffed balls upside down on a lined baking tray. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200° C. - Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 6-8 minutes.
- Bring the baking tray out of the oven and place the chocolate bomb on a serving plate and serve.
