Ingredients
- 1 medium onion finely chopped
- 1 medium green capsicum finely chopped
- 1 medium carrot grated
- 1/2 cup fresh malai
- 8 white bread slices
- 2-3 green chillies chopped
- Black pepper powder to taste
- Salt to taste
- Butter for applying
- Green chutney for applying + to serve
- Processed cheese grated to sprinkle
- Tomato ketchup to serve
Method
- Take onion in a large bowl, add capsicum, carrot, green chillies, crushed black peppercorns, salt, and fresh malai and mix till well combined.
- Apply butter and green chutney on 4 white bread slices, and spread some vegetable mixture on each evenly.
- Sprinkle grated cheese and cover with remaining bread slices. Apply butter on top.
- Heat a griller and place the prepared sandwich on it. Grill till golden brown marks appear on both sides. Take it off the heat.
- Cut each sandwich into 2 triangles, keep them on a serving plate and serve hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
