Ingredients
- 3 cups tomato puree
- 2 teaspoons red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon dried ginger powder (saunth)
- Salt to taste
- Black salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
Method
- Heat tomato puree in a non-stick pan and bring to a boil. Add red chilli powder, onion powder, garlic powder, ginger powder, and mix.
- Add salt, black salt, sugar, and mix. Add vinegar, mix and cook for a minute.
- Strain in a bowl and cool at room temperature.
- Pour in a bottle using a funnel.
