Ingredients list for Thai Style Pasta Salad

  • 1 tablespoon Thai red curry paste
  • 2 cups Spaghetti boiled
  • 2 tablespoons Peanut oil
  • 1 medium Onion sliced
  • 5-6 Garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 1 inch Birds eye chillies finely chopped
  • ½ inch Celery finely chopped
  • 1 inch Lemon grass chopped
  • ½ inch Galangal chopped
  • 2-3 Kaffir lime leaves
  • 1 medium Carrot cut into thin strips
  • 1 medium Green capsicum cut into thin strips
  • 1 medium Yellow bell pepper cut into thin strips
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed black peppercorns
  • 2 tablespoons Roasted peanuts crushed
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • Kaffir lime zest of ½ kaffir lime


  1. Heat peanut oil in a non-stick pan. Add onion, garlic, bird’s eye chilli, celery, lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime leaves and sauté for one minute.
  2. Add Thai red curry paste, mix well and sauté till oil separates. Remove from heat and cool.
  3. Take spaghetti in a bowl. Add carrot, green capsicum, bell pepper, salt and crushed peppercorns and mix well.
  4. Add sautéed curry mixture and toss well. Add peanuts, coriander leaves and kaffir lime zest and mix well.
  5. Serve.
