By Sanjeev Kapoor 24 Mar 2021 in Recipes Non Veg New Update Main Ingredients Boneless chicken breasts, Oil Cuisine Punjabi Course Main Course Chicken Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Punjabi Chicken 450 grams Boneless chicken breasts cut into 1 inch cubes 2 tablespoons Oil 1 tablespoon Garlic finely chopped 1/2 tablespoon Ginger finely chopped 1-2 Green chillies finely chopped 1 Large onion finely chopped to taste Salt 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1 Large tomato finely chopped 1 tablespoon Punjabi garam masala 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped to garnish Fresh coriander sprigs Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic and ginger, mix well and sauté till raw smells disappear. Add green chillies and onion, mix well and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder, mix well and saute for 1 minute. Add tomato, mix well and saute till the tomato turn soft and pulpy. Add chicken, mix and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add 1 cup water, mix, cover and cook for 10-12 minutes. Add Punjabi garam masala powder and coriander leaves, mix well and cook for 1 minute.
