Ingredients list for Peanut Chaat-SK Khazana
- 1 1/2 cups Raw peanuts
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- to taste Salt
- 3 tablespoons Onion finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons Tomato finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 3/4 teaspoon Chaat masala
- 1/2 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder
- 1-2 Green chillies finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- to taste Black salt
- 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped
Method
- Pressure cook peanuts with turmeric powder, salt and sufficient water till the pressure is released for 3 times.
- Open the lid of the cooker when the pressure has reduced completely and strain and transfer peanuts into a mixing bowl.
- Add onions, tomatoes, chilli powder, cumin powder, green chillies, lemon juice and black salt and mix well. Add coriander leaves and mix well.
- Serve immediately.
