Peanut Butter Noodles Noodles cooked in peanut butter This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 17 Nov 2014 in Recipes Course New Update " frameborder="0" allowfullscreen> Main Ingredients Peanut butter, Noodles Cuisine Chinese Course Noodles and Pastas Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet & Sour Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Peanut Butter Noodles 2 tablespoons Peanut butter 200 grams Noodles parboiled 7-8 Spring onions with greens 1 inch piece Ginger 6-7 cloves Garlic 2 Fresh red chillies 1 tablespoon Oil 1/4 cup Dark soy sauce 1/2 cup Green capsicum 2 tablespoons Brown sugar 1 tablespoon Vinegar 1/2 cup Bean sprouts 1/4 cup Roasted peanuts Method Slice spring onion bulbs. Chop ginger, garlic, fresh red chillies in a chopper. Heat oil a non-stick wok, add spring onions and sauté for ½ minute. Add ginger-garlic-red chillies and sauté for ½ minute. Add dark soy sauce and ¼ cup water and stir. Cut capsicum into thin strips. Add peanut butter and ¼ cup more water to the wok and stir to blend well. Add brown sugar and vinegar and mix. Add noodles and capsicum and mix. Chop spring onion greens and add along with bean sprouts. Toss and mix well. Add roasted peanuts and mix. Serve hot.
