This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 31 Mar 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Macaroni, Oil Cuisine Fusion Course Rice Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Pasta Sundal 3 cups Macaroni boiled 1 tablespoon Oil 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds 5-7 Curry leaves 1 Green chillies chopped a pinch Asafoetida 3 tablespoons Scraped coconut 3 tablespoons Gun powder (molagapudi) 1/4 cup Coconut milk 4 teaspoons Peanuts roasted and skinned to taste Salt 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped Juice of ½ lemon Method Heat oil in a non-stick wok, add cumin seeds and saute till the colour changes. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add curry leaves and green chilli and sauté for 5 seconds. Add asafoetida and sauté for 5 seconds. Add macaroni, scraped coconut and gun powder and mix well. Add coconut milk, peanuts and salt and mix well. Add coriander leaves and lemon juice and toss. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve.
