Ingredients
- 4 tsps Pani Puri masala
- 1 cup chopped fresh mint leaves
- 4 cups chopped fresh coriander leaves
- 2 inch ginger
- 4 green chillis, chopped
- 4 tsps coriander-cumin powder
- Juice of 1 lemon
- ½ tsp salt
Method
- Grind together mint leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, green chillies, coriander-cumin powder, lemon juice, Pani Puri masala, salt and 2 cups water till smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and chill.
- Pour into tall glasses and serve.
