Ingredients for Pani Puri Pani Recipe

  • Fresh coriander leaves 1 small bunches

  • Fresh mint leaves 1/4 cup

  • Ginger 1 inch

  • Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Green chilli 1

  • Pani puri masala 1 teaspoon

  • Lemon 1/2

Method

Step 1

Put coriander leaves and mint leaves in a blender jar. Slice ginger and add. Add cumin seeds, salt, coriander powder, green chilli, pani puri masala and a little water and blend into a fine mixture.

Step 2

Transfer into a large bowl, squeeze the juice of ½ lemon into it and mix well. Add sufficient water and mix well. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
