Ingredients list for Palak Khichdi
- 1 cup Spinach Puree
 - 3 cups Leftover Rice
 - 1 teaspoon Oil
 - ¼ teaspoon Cumin seeds
 - 1 medium Onion finely chopped
 - 1 teaspoon Garlic cloves finely chopped
 - 2-3 tablespoons Boiled mixed sprouts
 - 1 Green chilli finely chopped
 - ¼ teaspoon Garam masala powder
 - ½ teaspoon Red chilli powder
 - 1 teaspoon Butter
 - to taste Salt
 - ½ cup Milk
 
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds, onion and garlic. Mix and sauté till onion turns light brown.
 - Add sprouts, green chilli, garam masala powder and red chilli powder and mix well.
 - Add spinach puree, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
 - Add butter, salt and milk, mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
 - Add rice, mix well and cook for a minute.
 - Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
