Ingredients list for Oodles of Noodles
- 200 grams Noodles boiled
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 2 Spring onions sliced
- 1 small Yellow capsicum sliced
- 1 small Red capsicum sliced
- 4-5 French beans sliced diagonally and blanched
- ½ cup Sweet corn kernels boiled
- 2 teaspoons Soy sauce
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoons Hot and sweet tomato ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Sweet chilli sauce
- ¼ cup Bean sprouts
- 2 stalks Spring onion greens sliced
Method
- Heat the oil in a non stock pan; add the spring onions and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. Add the capsicums and French beans and stir-fry for a few minutes.
- Add the sweet corn and soy sauce and mix well. Add the noodles and salt and toss to mix.
- Add the hot and sweet tomato ketchup and sweet chilli sauce. Toss till well combined.
- Add the bean sprouts and spring onion greens and mix well. Serve hot.
