Ingredients list for Noodle Wrapped Chicken
- 250 grams Boneless Chicken Leg cut into large cubes
- 200 grams Noodles boiled
- 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped
- 1 tablespoon Ginger chopped
- 1 teaspoon Green chillies chopped
- 2 teaspoons Green chilli sauce
- 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
- to taste Crushed black peppercorns
- 1 teaspoon White sesame seeds roasted
- to taste Salt
- 4 tablespoons Cornstarch
- Oil for brushing
- Sweet red chilli sauce to serve
Method
- Preheat the oven at 180º C.
- Take chicken pieces in a bowl. Add garlic, ginger, green chillies, chilli sauce, soy sauce, crushed peppercorns, sesame seeds and salt and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
- Take noodles in another bowl. Add salt, crushed peppercorns and cornstarch and mix well.
- Take pieces of marinated chicken and wrap them in the noodles covering the pieces fully. Place them on a baking tray, put tray in preheated oven and bake till the chicken is cooked.
- Remove from heat and brush the noodle wrapped chicken with some oil.
- Serve hot with sweet red chilli sauce.
