Ingredients list for Mixed Vegetable Palak Tahiri
- 1 1/2 cups Rice soaked
 - 8-10 Cauliflower florets
 - 1 medium Carrot cut into small cubes
 - 2 medium Potatoes cut into small cubes
 - 6-8 French beans
 - 1/4 cup Shelled green peas
 - 1/2 cup Spinach puree
 - 130 grams Bhuna masala
 - 8-10 Black peppercorns
 - 1/2 teaspoon Fennel seeds (saunf)
 - 1 inch stick Cinnamon
 - 4-5 Green chillies slit
 - 1/4 teaspoon Garam masala powder
 - 1/2 cup Yogurt
 
Method
- Heat a rice cooker. Put the bhuna masala in it along with black peppercorns, fennel seeds, cinnamon and saute till fragrant.
 - Add cauliflower, carrot, potatoes, French beans and green chillies and mix.
 - Add rice, green peas, 2 cups water, spinach puree, garam masala powder and yogurt and mix well.
 - Cover the cooker and cook on cook mode till the rice is done. Serve hot.
