Ingredients
- 2 medium cucumbers
- 1 medium tomato
- 1 medium onion
- 1 green Chilli
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup roasted peanuts, coarsely ground
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon cumin Powder
- 1 teaspoon chaat Masala
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped coriander leaves
Method
- Grate the Cucumber & finely chop the Tomatoes & onion.
- Add chopped green chilli, yogurt, roasted ground nut powder, salt sugar,cumin powder, chaat masala podwer, mix well add finely chopped coriander.
- It can be served with pulav (any rice items) as well as any variety of parathas.
