Ingredients for Mixed Salad Recipe

  • Cucumber 2 medium

  • Tomatoes 1 medium

  • Onion 1 medium

  • Green Chilli 1

  • Yogurt 1/4 cup

  • Roasted peanuts coarsely grounded 1/2 cup

  • Salt to taste

  • Sugar 1 teaspoon

  • Cumin Powder 1 teaspoon

  • Chaat Masala 1 teaspoon

  • Coriander leaves finely chopped 2 tablespoons

Method

Step 1

Grate the Cucumber & finely chop the Tomatoes & onion.

Step 2

Add chopped green chilli, yogurt, roasted ground nut powder, salt sugar,cumin powder, chaat masala podwer, mix well add finely chopped coriander.

Step 3

It can be served with pulav (any rice items) as well as any variety of parathas.
