Ingredients
- ¾ cup chopped jaggery
- 1 cup roasted unsalted skinless peanuts
- ¼ teaspoon green cardamom powder
- 1 tablespoon toasted white sesame seeds
- Oil for greasing
Method
- Dry roast the peanuts for 1-2 minutes in a non-stick pan. Transfer on a plate.
- Heat jaggery in the same pan with ¼ cup water, mix and cook till the jaggery melts.
- Add green cardamom powder and mix well.
- Add the roasted peanuts and mix till each peanut is well coated with the jaggery mixture. Add white sesame seeds and mix till well combined.
- Grease a plate with some oil and transfer the peanuts mixture on it. Allow it to cool slightly. Separate each jaggery coated peanuts and transfer into a serving bowl and serve.
