By Sanjeev Kapoor 05 Sep 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Fresh fenugreek leaves, Gram flour (besan) Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Methi Pakora-SK Khazana 1 cup Fresh fenugreek leaves chopped 1/2 cup Gram flour (besan) 1 tablespoon Yogurt 1 teaspoon Fresh coriander leves chopped 1/2 tablespoon Ginger-green chilli paste 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder to taste Salt 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder a pinch Baking soda a pinch Sugar 1 tablespo to deep fry Oil to serve Green chutney to serve Tomato ketchup Method Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Take fenugreek leaves, yogurt, coriander leaves, ginger-green chilli paste, chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, baking soda and sugar in a bowl and mix well. Add 1 tablespoon oil, gram flour and a little water and mix well to make a batter of dropping consistency. Drop in portions of the batter and deep-fry till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
