Ingredients list for Masala Peanuts
- 100 grams Peanuts
- 2 tablespoons Gram flour (besan)
- 2 large Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Rice flour
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Garam masala
- a pinch Baking soda
- for deep-frying Oil
- 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
Method
- Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Chop garlic finely and put in a bowl.
- Add peanuts, gram flour, rice flour, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and baking soda and mix well.
- Add a little water and mix well. Deep fry these peanuts in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
- Sprinkle chaat masala and serve hot.
