Dry roast cumin seeds, coriander seeds, cloves till fragrant. Put red chillies, ginger, garlic and roasted spices into a mixer jar and grind with a little water, salt, tamarind pulp till smooth. Apply this masala on the fish pieces all around and marinate for 10-15 minutes. Roll them in semolina till well coated on all sides and drizzle a little oil on them. Brush the basket of the air fryer with a little oil and place the fish pieces on it. Process the fryer at the highest temperature for 10-12 minutes. Serve hot.
