This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 Mar 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients leftover rotis, Rice Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Leftover Roti Rice Rolls 4 leftover rotis 1 cup Rice boiled 1 tbsp + f Oil 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds 8-10 Cauliflower florets 1/2 cup Green peas 1 medium Potato boiled, peeled and cut into cubes 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1 tablespoon Garam masala powder to taste Salt 1 1/2-2 tablespoons Green chutney 2 tablespoons Red chilli sauce Juice of ½ lemon 1 medium Green capsicum chopped Method Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds and sauté till fragrant. Add cauliflower florets, mix well and cook till done. Add green peas, potato, chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt, mix well and cook for a minute. Add green chutney, red chilli sauce and rice and mix well. Add lemon juice and capsicum, mix and cook for a minute. Remove from heat and set aside. Place rotis on the worktop. Place a portion of the prepared rice mixture in the centre and roll tightly. Heat a non-stick pan. Place the prepared rotis on it, drizzle some oil on top and roast till golden from both sides. Cut the roasted rolls and place them on a serving plate. Serve hot garnished with bell pepper curls, carrot strips and micro greens.
