Ingredients list for Lahori Chicken Tikka - SK Khazana
- 750 grams Whole chicken cut into 8 pieces on the bone
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- to taste Salt
- 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon Green chilli paste
- 1 teaspoon Carom seeds (ajwain)
- 2 tablespoons Chicken tikka masala
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1/2 cup Yogurt
- 1 Egg
- for greasi Butter
- to serve Onion rings
- to serve Tomato slices
- to serve Lemon wedges
- to serve Green chutney
Method
- Make incisions on chicken pieces and put in a bowl. Add lemon juice, salt, ginger-garlic paste, green chilli paste, carom seeds, chicken tikka masala, garam masala powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, yogurt and egg, mix well and set aside to marinate for 1-2 hours.
- Grease an air fryer with some butter, place the marinated chicken pieces in it and air fry at 200° C for 10-15 minutes.
- Brush with some butter and serve hot with onion rings, tomato slices, lemon wedges and green chutney.
