Ingredients list for Khatti Meethi Shakkarkand Mangodi
- 1 large Sweet Potatoes cut into small cubes
- 1/2 cup Mangodi
- for deep f Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 2 Dried red chillies broken
- 12-15 Curry leaves
- 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- Turmeric powder
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoons Tamarind paste
- 2 tablespoons Jaggery (gur) grated
- 2 tablespoons Scraped coconut
Method
- Put a coffee capsule into the coffee machine and switch it on.
- Collect one shot. Put another capsule and take one more shot. Put the decoction into a mixer jar.
- Add cocoa powder, sugar and milk and blend. Add ice cubes and blend again till the ice gets crushed.
- Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately.
