Boil green peas in salted water till soft, drain, mash lightly. Heat three tablespoons of butter in a pan, add grated cauliflower and stir-fry for a minute. Add mashed bananas and stir. Add ginger paste, green chillies and tomatoes and mix. Add half a cup of water and cook on low heat for eight to ten minutes.
