Ingredients list for Kachche Kele Ki Pav Bhaji
- 4 medium Raw bananas
- Pav
- 1/4 cup Green peas shelled
- 6 tablespoons Butter
- 1/4 small Cauliflower grated
- 1 tablespoon Ginger paste
- 3-4 Green chillies finely chopped
- 6 medium Tomatoes finely chopped
- 6 tablespoons Pav bhaji masala
- 1 medium Green capsicum finely chopped
- to taste Salt
- 8 Pav
- 1/4 cup Fresh coriander leaves chopped
Method
- Boil, cool, peel and mash raw bananas. Boil green peas in salted water till soft, drain, mash lightly.
- Heat three tablespoons of butter in a pan, add grated cauliflower and stir-fry for a minute. Add mashed bananas and stir. Add ginger paste, green chillies and tomatoes and mix.
- Add half a cup of water and cook on low heat for eight to ten minutes.
