Ingredients
- 1/4 cup nylon sev
- 7-8 raw tomatoes , cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander-cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leavesĀ
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add mustard seeds and let it splutter.
- Add tomatoes and mix well. Add turmeric powder, coriander-cumin powder, chilli powder and sugar, mix well, cover and cook for a few minutes.
- Add salt, mix well and cover and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Add chopped coriander and sev and mix well.
- Serve hot.
