Ingredients list for Jalapenos Stuffed Chicken
- 8-10 Jalapenos fresh, cut into ½ inch pieces and seeded
- 200 grams Chicken mince
- for deep-frying Oil
- 1 tablespoon Cashewnut powder
- 2-3 Green chillies finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon Garam masala powder
- 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped
- a pinch Green cardamom powder
- to taste Salt
- 1 tablespoon Ghee melted
- 2-3 tablespoons Refined flour (maida)
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Bread crumbs dried
Method
- Put chicken mince, cashewnut powder, green chillies, garam masala powder, garlic, cardamom powder, salt and ghee in a bowl and mix well.
- Fill a piping bag with chicken mixture.
- Fill each jalapeno piece with the chicken mixture and transfer on a plate.
- Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.
- Spread flour on another plate and coat prepared jalapenos with it.
- Break eggs in another bowl and beat well. Spread breadcrumbs on a third plate.
- Dip each jalapeno piece in beaten eggs, coat with breadcrumbs and deep-fry in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
- Serve hot.
