Ingredients list for Jalapenos Stuffed Chicken

  • 8-10 Jalapenos fresh, cut into ½ inch pieces and seeded
  • 200 grams Chicken mince
  • for deep-frying Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cashewnut powder
  • 2-3 Green chillies finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped
  • a pinch Green cardamom powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Ghee melted
  • 2-3 tablespoons Refined flour (maida)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs dried


  1. Put chicken mince, cashewnut powder, green chillies, garam masala powder, garlic, cardamom powder, salt and ghee in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Fill a piping bag with chicken mixture.
  3. Fill each jalapeno piece with the chicken mixture and transfer on a plate.
  4. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.
  5. Spread flour on another plate and coat prepared jalapenos with it.
  6. Break eggs in another bowl and beat well. Spread breadcrumbs on a third plate.
  7. Dip each jalapeno piece in beaten eggs, coat with breadcrumbs and deep-fry in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
  8. Serve hot.
